The story of Where the Wild Things Are has been the inspiration for our Reception pupils this week. They recreated Max’s room complete with a real forest made of willow branches and sailed off through night and day in a private boat (made using a cardboard box).
As part of their project on Britain at War and working on the skill of persuasive writing, our Oak class have been creating posters to recruit to the Women’s Land Army.
Today we take part in Genes for Jeans to raise money for and awareness of people living with a genetic condition.
Please see the attached poster about the upcoming free Photography Contest which is open to all pupils.
This week is the first coffee morning of the year. You are very welcome to come along from 9.00-10.00 in the church on Wednesday.
Wish you all a good week.
