I want to thank the large number of you who came to my drop in this week. The opportunity to share my observations with you and consult you on possible changes was so positive. Next week I will send to you all our new ENTRY and EXIT routines. These will start on Wednesday 21st May – please be patient with us as there are always unforeseen issues! Together we will get it right!!!
